Her career in medical innovation began in 2001 at Johnson & Johnson Medical (now J&J MedTech). Over the following decade she rose rapidly through leadership roles and concluded her corporate career in 2011 as part of the J&J EMEA Board for New Business and New Market Development —becoming one of the first senior female leaders in J&J EMEA and a pioneer in developing innovation-driven healthcare strategies.
Tatiana later founded Qualevita, one of the first European practices to unify diagnostic precision, hormonal therapy principles, nutrition science, genetics, functional testing, and integrative coaching into a coherent health-optimization model.
